CVS customers may be entitled to a share of a $20.5million class action settlement against the pharmacy chain.
The struggling pharmacy company recently agreed to the settlement after claims that it shared user data with third parties.
CVS was accused of wrongfully sharing information from its website and app with Criteo and other unauthorized third parties.
The company has not admitted to wrongdoing but has agreed to the settlement to avoid further court action.
US residents who used the CVS website or app prior to July 27, 2026, can claim.
This includes both the CVS website and the CVS Health website.

Eligible customers can claim up to $5 without documentation or up to $10 if they provide proof of losses.
This proof includes search history, email receipts, or screenshots.

Pollution, discrimination, or false advertising are a few examples of what can land a class action on a company’s doorstep.
The final amount each person can earn could change based on the number of successful claims.
Final payments will be reduced proportionally so class members in both groups will earn the same amount.
