THIS is the horrifying moment a sports car swerves into a truck and trailers, sending them barreling across the asphalt.
Dramatic dashcam footage shows the white Acura sedan veer into a truck pulling two gravel trailers on a rural California highway.
The car can be seen coming around the bend at speed, but swerves onto the wrong side of the road before the brutal impact.
After colliding head-on, the Acura’s front end is completely obliterated and the car is sent spinning off the road.
A split-second later, the truck becomes unsteady on its wheels and begins to rock from side-to-side.
It then flips over dramatically, sending a massive cloud of gravel shooting in the air.

The Acura driver was severely injured in the horror crash, which unfolded along State Route 33 in Fresno County at around 11.30am on September 9.
The motorist was airlifted to hospital where they are understood to be recovering.
Fortunately, their injuries are not life-threatening, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Thankfully no onlookers or staff were injured as the race car flew into a confined area.
